A stroll through the old medieval center of Perugia is an incredible experience that you'll never forget.

This fabulous restaurant in the picture-perfect main piazza of tiny hilltop Montefalco is one of my favorite spots in Umbria. Incredible food, a wonderful wine list (heavy on local Sagrantino), and outside tables in the adorable piazza.

A wonderful path immersed in a thick wood starting from the abbey hotel with its medieval church to Umbriano, a medioeval small village without people inside it.

Directed by the young chef Simon Ragni is the right place to eat typical Umbrian cuisine.
