Your Boutique B&B in Rome

Three reasons why you'll love it here

  1. A combination of art nouveau, art-deco and modern design
  2. Start the day with a good breakfast and good music too!
  3. A fabulous family room, inspired by Japan!

Take a lovingly-restored early 20th century residence in central Rome, where the districts of Janiculum, Monteverde Vecchio and Trastevere meet; fill it with books, musical instruments and paintings; add a passion for hospitality, and places like B&B Villa Urbani are born!

Color-coded comfort

Guests accommodation in this boutique B&B is provided in just two bedrooms and a suite, each with its own distinct style and personality.
The light-filled Orange Room features geometric patterns reminiscent of the art-deco period. The aptly-named Golden Room boasts walls covered in shimmering damask. Large enough to comfortably accommodate a family, the Red & Grey Suite takes its inspiration from distant Japan.

The art of hospitality

That the owner of Villa Urbani has a passion for art, literature and music is apparent from the minute you walk through the door of this 3 room B&B in Rome.
Walls hung with works of contemporary art, a reading corner lined with a library-load of books, and even a piano, which guests are welcome to play: the lounge is the focus of life in a hotel which, until recent years was a beautiful private home.

Sweet or savory

The sound of music, chosen by the owner, greets guests as they enter the lounge where breakfast is served each morning.
Freshly baked bread and cakes, a selection of cheeses and cold meats: whether you prefer a sweet or savory start to the day, you'll love the breakfast served at Villa Urbani!

When in Rome

As tempting as it may be to spend most of the day at the B&B, enjoying the art, music and hospitality, you couldn't possibly come to Rome without visiting the city's amazing monuments and museums, many of which lie within steps of Villa Urbani.
