Valle Rita is an agricultural estate offering farm holidays in the countryside of Ginosa, in Puglia's Salento area. Valle Rita is part of the Masseria di Girifalco: a farmstead dating back to the 1700's and which, for centuries, functioned as watch tower''' guarding over the territory which extends from the Vallone di Rita to the plains of Metaponto and the sea.

Two fabulous old fireplaces form the focus point of dining rooms where the finest specialities of the Puglian gastronomic tradition are served. Many of the ingredients used in the dishes are produced on the estate. Valle Rita is, in fact, surrounded by more than a hundred hectares of agricultural land used for the cultivation of organic produce. The resulting fruit and vegetables, olives, oil, grapes, and wine can all be tasted and purchased by the guests staying at Valle Rita.

Valle Rita also has a conference room, created in an 18th century shelter; a superb venue for meetings, but also for receptions and every genre of social event.

In the peaceful gardens of Valle Rita there is a large swimming pool where to indulge in moments of absolute tranquillity. For sports enthusiasts there is also a tennis court.
