Located on the ancient noble floor of the Palace Niccolini-Bourbon, a splendid XVI century building, the Residenza has undergone a thorough restoration work and consist today of 11 wonderful suites, each retaining it own period details, stuccos and frescoes.
Each suite has been magnificently decorated with exquisite antiques, delicate and precious fabrics and contemporary works of art that create and interesting and original contrast that lead the clientele to appreciate and 'breath in' the history of the place through a five centuries old cultural path.

It is through an inner courtyard adorned by columns decorated by artistic 15th century capitals that we get to the main body of the palace, on which, in the following century, they built the actual palace.
