Despite being equipped with every modern comfort, from air conditioning to Sky TV, Villa Acquaviva's bedrooms, nevertheless, conserve all the characteristics of the region's traditional country homes, including exposed wooden beams and ornate wrought iron beds.

A number of rooms have hydromassage bathtubs, others a pretty little terrace or veranda overlooking the park and the glorious Tuscan countryside

An authentic taste of Maremma awaits those dining in the farmstay's "La Limonaia" restaurant. Here the homemade bread is always freshly baked and the typical Tuscan dishes prepared with the organic vegetables grown in the kitchen gardens.
The wine list includes a superb selection of local wines, including the highly prized Pitigliano DOC and the excellent red and white wines produced on the estate.
On request, the restaurant is available for wedding receptions and working lunches.
