Palazzetta del Vescovo Fratta Todina

An exclusive period residence close to the city of Todi, the late 18th century La Palazzetta del Vescovo is a traditional Umbrian country dwelling. Behind the brick façade, lie attractive rooms featuring exposed wooden beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. In the grounds of the building there is a large infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley and gardens home to some 400 lavander bushes, roses, Mediterranean herbs, and a small olive grove.

The warmest of welcomes awaits those arriving at the Palazzetta del Vescovo, a welcome guaranteed by owners Paola and Stefano Zocchi who personally greet each of their guests. The couple are always happy to share their knowledge of the area with guests, so as to make their vacation in Umbria a truly memorable one.

The La Palazzetta del Vescovo's eight bedrooms are distributed on two floors of the residence. A room for disabled guests is available in the attractive dependence. Period furniture, precious textiles, and large bathrooms only add to the immense appeal of these individually appointed bedrooms, each of which enjoys a magnificent view over the olive groves and lines of grapevines which surround the Relais.

In the "Sala del Camino" and, during the summer, on the terrace overlooking the pool, guests have the opportunity to partake in a generous breakfast and savour excellent regional cuisine, choosing from a selection of dishes inspired by the local culinary traditions and prepared using only the finest seasonal ingredients. A selection of highly prized wines from Umbria and the other wine-producing regions of Italy, ensure the perfect accompaniment to each and every meal.

La Palazzetta del Vescovo is the ideal setting for an intimate wedding reception, or important family celebration. The residence's elegant function rooms are equally suitable for small-scale meetings and seminars.
