Villa Luppis Rivarotta di Pasiano - Friuli

Villa Luppis is situated on the site of an old monastery built by the Camaldolite monks at the beginning of the 11th century, on the confluence between the river Livenza and Meduna.

After having been seriously damaged during the war between the Republic of Venice and the House of Hapsburgs, the ecclesiastical complex was rebuilt in 1500. Secularized by Napoleon at the beginning of 1800, the property was subsequently purchased by the ''Chiozza - Luppis family and turned into a superb country residence'''.

Today the Villa, surrounded by 5 hectares of gardens, has been transformed in unique 39 room 4 star hotel. The bedrooms are all individually appointed with stylish furniture and every modern convenience. The romantic suites are particularly sumptuous; embellished with exquisite items of period furniture, antique mirrors and precious textiles.

Innovative Italian cuisine is served in Villa Luppis' highly acclaimed restaurant. A dining room with seating capacity for as many as 180 guests is available for gala dinners and important celebrations. In warm weather, guests have the opportunity to dine al fresco in the gardens. Live music accompanies guests' evenings at the Piano bar whilst, at the Bar Corner, a tantalising selection of cocktails and tasty appetizers are served.

For meetings, conferences, and gala events, the Villa Luppis'' function room, equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, provides a supremely elegant environment for up to 180 people.
