Villa Luppis is situated on the site of an old monastery built by the Camaldolite monks at the beginning of the 11th century, on the confluence between the river Livenza and Meduna.

The origins

After having been seriously damaged during the war between the Republic of Venice and the House of Hapsburgs, the ecclesiastical complex was rebuilt in 1500. Secularized by Napoleon at the beginning of 1800, the property was subsequently purchased by the ''Chiozza - Luppis family and turned into a superb country residence'''.

The transformation

Today the Villa, surrounded by 5 hectares of gardens, has been transformed in unique 39 room, 4 star hotel. Bedrooms are all individually appointed with stylish furniture and every modern convenience.

The Rosa suite is particularly sumptuous: embellished with exquisite items of period furniture, antique mirrors and precious textiles

Epicurean events

Innovative Italian cuisine is served in Villa Luppis' highly acclaimed restaurant. A dining room with seating capacity for as many as 180 guests is available for gala dinners and important celebrations. In warm weather, guests have the opportunity to dine al fresco in the gardens.

Live music accompanies guests' evenings at the Piano bar whilst, at the Bar Corner, a tantalizing selection of cocktails and tasty appetizers are served.
