The resort was created around the golf course. It is a sophisticated place, welcoming as an elegant country house. The course lies at the centre, the heart. Designed by Marco Croze, it was inaugurated in 1990: its 18 holes (par 71, 5873 metres, course rating for men 71,7, slope rating 123) unfold in splendid countryside, among bunkers and water hazards.
The course offers challenges, thrills, and pleasures whatever your handicap may be, because the many generously sized tees make it possible to vary the departure point on every hole, thus ensuring that every club in your bag will be brought into play. There are long, demanding holes and others that will provide a breathing space. The fairways are a cunning blend of sloping and flat areas. But not even this was not enough. In 1998 José Maria Olàzabal's Integral Golf Design completely redesigned the 13th, which is now classified as a #1 handicap hole. For the happiness of golfers and guests, the resort has raised its sights.
Hole-in-one. Year after year the enthusiasts who meet here are more and more numerous. Today as yesterday, those who return do so also for the thrills offered by this course (which is always open), for the bracing sea breeze and the splendid view of the snow-capped mountains in the background. Those who return also do so because the course is surrounded by a resort, a genuine resort. All-in-one.

The structures, rooms, and service. The rooms are decorated with warmth and a refined sense for detail. The proprietors, art lovers, are pleased to offer guests minor masterpieces, discreetly distributed in every room. In addition, the charming décor and the fine quality of the materials, fabrics and colours are complemented by all the technology you would expect in a contemporary hotel de charme.

The same relaxed atmosphere, congenial yet reserved, welcomes guests in the restaurant, where every day the chef creates tempting delicacies and reinterprets the specialities of the region. The same applies to the American Bar, where you can enjoy the barman's cocktails or treat yourself to a long drink to wind up the evening in the best possible style.

As well as for the Club House, a functional and elegant 19th hole if ever there was one, the Golf Club is also renowned for the presence of a statue in white Carrara marble, sculpted by the talented Japanese artist Kan Yasuda. Standing between the 9th and the 18th holes it is called "Ray of Light" and is the symbol of the Club.
