Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria is located in Piazza Tasso, in the center of Sorrento; a magnificently panoramic position which affords breathtaking views out over the Gulf of Naples. During the summer months, boat connections are available from Sorrento to all of the tourist destinations on the Gulf of Naples. From Sorrento, visitors may choose to travel to Naples via the Circumvesuviana railway, along a line which also stops at Pompei. The nearest airport to the hotel is that of Naples Capodichino Airport. Those travelling by train should descend at Naples Central Railway station from where to take the Circumvesuviana railway line, as far as Sorrento.
