LOW SEASON (From 10 September to 27 December 2017):
-No penalties for written cancellations received within 2pm (local time) 3 days before arrival date.
-Otherwise 50% of entire stay and booked services as penalty per each room outside of time limit.
-In case of no-show, shortening of stay and early departure: a penalty equal to 100% of the cancelled nights will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
HIGH SEASON (From 29 June to 09 September 2017, from 28 December 2017 to 06 January 2018):
-No penalties for written cancellations received within 2pm (local time) 14 days before arrival date.
-Otherwise 50% of entire stay and booked services as penalty per each room outside of time limit, up to 7 days before arrival date.
-For cancellations received between 6 and 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the cancelled nights will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
-In case of no-show, shortening of stay and early departure: a penalty equal to 100% of the cancelled nights will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of booking.
LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
-Up to 3 hours a supplement of 30% of the daily rate will apply.
-After 3 hours a supplement of 100% of the daily rate will apply.
