A 30% deposit will be charged as guarantee of the booking at time of confirmation.
If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be kept as a penalty.
In case of no-show a 100% penalty will be applied.
Under certain circumstances, the management will decide whether to keep the deposit for a future stay.
