No more so than in the Oliviaia Restaurant where, in the sumptuous dining room or, in the summer, on the panoramic terrace, guests are presented with a menu of traditional Tuscan favorites and a special oil menu, to ensure the perfect dressing for each and every dish.
In the Oleoteca, situated in the villa's barrel vaulted cellars, customers have the chance to taste a selection of the finest extra virgin olive oil, from the various oil producing regions of Italy and the rest of the world

From the height of its hilltop position, Villa Campestri enjoys commanding views over the estate's century old olive groves. As if the natural beauty of the landscape were not enough, inside the villa, guests are treated to a triumph of renaissance art and finery.
Located in the main villa, the adjoining farmhouse, and in what was once the estate's dairy, the resort's bedrooms, suites and apartments are the epitome of old world charm, embellished with priceless family heirlooms, period paintings and exquisite items of antique furniture. The majority of rooms face onto the park or swimming pool.
