the heart of Rome, close to Campo de' Fiori, a delicious restaurant
that offers the tasteful traditional italian cousine, with a great choice
of national wines. The Ditirambo restaurant, takes shape from the enthusiasm
and fantasy of four people with different experiences. Dado, with a
partnership in a famous wine house of Rome, Beatrice, antiques dealer,
Luca, marketing manager.
The
restaurant is simple and warmful, a mix between a French bistrot and
an old Roman Hosteria where was used to drink "le fojettes" and play
"la passatella". The tipic italian dishes are monthly updated and
bread, pasta and desserts are homemade. The wine list presents a wide
choice of 200 brands from the 20 italian Regions.
