The Masseria San Domenico is an ancient watchtower dating back to the XVth century, built on the coast between Bari and Brindisi. Here the Knights of Malta defended themselves against the Ottoman attack.

Careful restoration, conducted in full respect of ancient forms and with original materials, has produced a refined hotel whose magical atmosphere brings back to the history of the region - the meeting point of Eastern and Mediterranean cultures.

Against azure sky and sea, the white profile of stone stands out, set in its thousand-year-old olive grove, in the salt water of an irregularly shaped swimming-pool broken by rocks and plants.

The Restaurant of Masseria San Domenico serves specialities of Pugliese cuisine, accompanied by a wide selection of the best wines the region produces.
