Cancellation policy
High season
Cancellations received at least 28 days prior to 00.00hrs (CET) of the scheduled arrival date will be free of charge.
Cancellations received between 27 to 14 days prior to 00.00hrs (CET) of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty fee equivalent of 50% of the total booking (minimum 1 night charged).
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to 00.00hrs (CET) of the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty fee equivalent of 100% of the total booking.
In case of no show, early departure or reduction of stay, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
Deposit policy
High season
27 days prior to 00.00hrs (CET) of the scheduled arrival date, a non-refundable deposit the equivalent of 50% of the stay will be charged to the client's credit card.
13 days prior to 00.00hrs (CET) of the scheduled arrival date, the remaining 50% of the stay will be charged to the client's credit card. This is also non-refundable.
N.B. We cannot welcome children under 10 years old
