All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card by requesting a pre-authorization 10 days before the date of arrival. For multi-room reservations, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Amendments: The management reserves the right to accept or refuse changes to the booking according to availability and minimum stay required.
Cancellations terms:
From 10.04.2018 to 30.06.2018 and from 01.09.2018 to 10.10.2018
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival is subject to a penalty of 50% of the entire booked stay, with a minimum charge of one night. In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
From 01.07.2018 to 31.08.2018
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Any cancellation made less than 14 days from the date of arrival, is subject to a penalty of 50% of the entire booked stay with a minimum charge of one night. In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
