Terms and conditions
No penalty will be applied for bookings cancelled by 12:00pm on the 7th day prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will incur the following penalty fees: 1 night if the booking was for 1 to 3 nights and 2 nights if the booking was for 4 to 6 nights

The validity of credit cards used to guarantee bookings and the availability of the amount required (equivalent to the cancellation fee) will be checked on the day of confirmation by our accounts office using standard pre-authorization procedures.
