Residence Petronio is located bang in the middle of the historic center, at the foot of Bologna's famous "Two Towers", in a palazzo which was once one of the city's finest hotels.
After meticulous restoration work, the rooms of the old hotel have been transformed into four apartments, a studio flat and a suite, especially designed with today's discerning traveler in mind.

Modern Italian style under the towers

Each of Residence Petronio's 48sqm apartments occupies an entire floor of the elegant period building. Apartments are comprised of two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a large living-dining room complete with fully equipped kitchenette.
Rooms are furnished in classic Italian style, with carefully chosen items of modern furniture, soft drapes and beautiful parquet floors. In the bedrooms, deep russet red wood paneling creates a pleasing contrast with a color scheme dominated by soothing neutral shades and soft pastels.

Additional accommodation is available in the Nettuno studio flat and the Re Enzo attic suite with terrace overlooking the roof tops of Bologna.
