It will open on April 1st 2012 till October 14th

Low season 2012: from April 1st to May 17th and from October 1st to 14th.
High season 2012: from May 18th to September 30th.

Prices are per room per night and include buffet breakfast, VAT tax and service, city tax not included.

Daily supplement half board for dinner: Euro 70,00 per person.
Daily supplement extra bed: Euro 100,00 including buffet breakfast.

We can welcome your children over 10 years of age.
In respect of the quitness of our Guests we cannot welcome pets.

Check-in - Rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out - On the day of departure 12.00 a.m.

Cancellations:
No penalty for cancellations received within 22 days prior to the arrival date.
After this terms, the penalty will be as follows:
- for cancellations communicated from 21 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the whole stay will be charged as penalty.
- for cancellations communicated from 13 to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the whole stay will be charged as penalty.
- for cancellations communicated 6 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date: the whole amount of the stay will be charged as penalty.

In case of no show or reduction of the lenght of the stay the hotel will charge the full amount of the nights booked.

If available, a late check out can be obtained at the rate of 30% of the full daily rate. Late check outs should be arranged with front desk the day prior to the departure.

Confirmation of reservation
- Reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with full credit card details or a deposit.
Reservation is valid only after a written hotel confirmation.
