An imposing period residence, in the countryside just beyond Orvieto, Locanda Palazzone dates back to the 13th century, when it was built as "hospitalis", to accommodate pilgrims on their way to Rome.

Today, after meticulous restoration work, Locanda Palazzone offers guest accommodation in just a few exclusive suites, characterized by a pleasing combination of traditional architectural features, such as mullioned windows and exposed wooden ceiling beams, and stylish contemporary furnishings.
