In 1975, Camillo and Maria Antonia moved to the island of Salina, in the heart of the Aeolian archipelago, where they transformed two derelict buildings perched on rocks overlooking the sea and bay of Malfa into an intimate hotel. A quarter of a century later, the enthusiasm of the owners has remained unaltered and Hotel Punta Scario continues to be a place in which to experience the incredible beauty of the Aeolian islands, surrounded by magnificent views of the sea and the nearby islands of Stromboli and Panarea.

Hotel Punta Scario's simple bedrooms are furnished in typical island style, with pristine white walls and bright majolica floor tiles. Quintessentially Mediterranean, the rooms lead out on to a balcony or terrace, from where breathtaking views of the sea can be seen.
