Chalet Il Capricorno enjoys a fabulous location, on the slopes of the Suze d'Oulx ski circuit, surrounded by the green meadows of Val di Susa and the snow-covered peaks of the Cozie Alps.

Within months of its opening, back in 1966, this charming little hotel had become the elected haven of mountain climbers, skiers and nature lovers from throughout Europe. Chalet Il Capricorno provides guest accommodation in just 8, well-appointed bedrooms, all of which decorated in typical mountain fashion, with parquet floors and traditional, hand-crafted furniture.

From the balconies and terraces of their rooms guests are treated to breathtaking views of the Triplex, Genevris and Bourget massifs.

The heart of life at Chalet Il Capricorno, during the day, the St George Lounge fills with hotel guests, mountaineers and skiers, all of whom come here to enjoy a snack, a herbal tea or a shot of grappa on the panoramic terrace of the "High Altitude" bar.

After a morning mucking about on the slopes, treat yourself to a welcoming mug of hot chocolate or a glass of warming cinnamon liqueur in the St George Lounge!

Chalet Il Capricorno's Naskira Restaurant is one of the area's finest eateries, famous for its tantalizingly contemporary mountain cuisine.
Naskira's exquisitely presented dishes are served either in the main dining room or on the panoramic terrace. In the evening, guests dine by candlelight: a wonderfully romantic conclusion to a day in the mountains of Val di Susa.
