Luxury Masseria

Celfalicchio dates back to the 1700s, and for well over a century after its construction served as masseria, or farmhouse. It was not until the late 1800's that the property was transformed into the Rossi family's elegant country residence.
Behind the sumptuous façade, complete with sweeping entrance stairway, the interiors have all the characteristics of a traditional rural home.

Bedrooms and suites are situated either on the top floor or on the historic "piano nobile" of the villa. Two independent self-catering apartments are located amidst the fragrant pine trees bordering the swimming pool

Mica: the taste of the Mediterranean

Cefalicchio Country House lies at the heart of a biodynamic farm, which uses environmentally friendly methods to cultivate foodstuffs of the highest quality.
In the Masseria's "Mica" restaurant, executive chef Michal Levy uses the sun-ripened fruits and vegetables and extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm to create the most marvelous Mediterranean cuisine.

Wine therapy, massages or hammam?

At Cefalicchio Country House guests enjoy a vast range of spa treatments, from wine therapy to chromotherapy, and biodynamic massages performed with grape seed and essential oils. A session in the spa concludes with relaxation and one of the day's selection of herbal infusions.
