Caol Ishka's restaurant, the stylish Zafferano Bistrot, serves exquisitely presented Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by age-old Sicilian recipes and prepared using the products of a land blessed with abundant sunshine and a sea brimming with fish. Zafferano Bistrot's flavor-packed dishes are accompanied by an excellent selection of the island's wines, including the highly prized Sedara Donnafugata and Murgo' Cabernet Sauvignon.

Throughout the long Sicilian summer, guests spend the hottest hours of the day in the hotel's lush green gardens, close to the river Anapo, lazing by the swimming pool or sunbathing on the solarium terrace.
