The hotel's guestrooms are located in three buildings; the Villa, the Casa Colonica and the Barchessa, each of which masterly restored so as to conserve their original architectural features whilst, at the same time, allowing for a sophisticated contemporary restyling which includes the integration of the latest in modern technology including Wi Fi internet connectivity.

The 2 bedroom Napoleon Suite and 2 double rooms, all with original 18th century frescoed ceilings are situated in the Villa and together, form a unique 4 bedroom apartment. The Barchessa, its rooms characterised by ancient stone walls and magnificent exposed wooden beam ceilings, is the oldest of the buildings on the estate, dating back to the 16th century when it served as stables.
