Exhibition of the 1st World War

Sights & Activities www.collezionerovini.it

The rooms of the former Elementary School in Tresché Conca (Roana, Italy) host the permanent Collection of findings of the 1st World War realized by Giancarlo and Stefano Rovini.
The patient and passionate research carried out for over thirty years on the main battle fields allowed the gathering and the conservation of a considerable mass of materials and findings: from the rests of the daily trench life to individual protections, from working tools to an interesting and complete exhibition of hand grenades.
Visiting the exhibition you can go through the fast technological evolution of the weapons and perceive with efficacy the human drama of so many soldiers sacrified on the mountains Cengio, Lemerle, Mosciagh, Zebio, Fior, Ortigara and Pasubio and along the rivers Brenta, Piave and Isonzo.
