Built in 1880, Villa Milani was the country residence of Giovanni Battista Milani, one of the most important exponents of the Rome architecture of the first years of the 20th century who enlarged and furnished according to the classical-Renaissance style, enriched by refined taste of the impassioned art.
Situated in a splendid position that dominates Spoleto and the wide Umbrian Valley', surrounded by 9 hectares of natural meadows and woods, in 2000 the Villa has been accurately restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi and used as refined little hotel.
The hotel Villa Milano combines to the unchanged original characteristics, the comfort of a discreet and high quality hospitality. Eleven rooms furnished with precious period antiques, the peculiar rich lounge by eclectic style, the nice Italian garden with Roman and Renaissance period and the suggestive panoramic swimming pool with hydro-massage.
Based only on fresh Umbrian products, extra-virgin olive oil from the Villa's property, aromatic herbs from the "garden of testes", homemade bread and fresh pasta, at exactly 8.30 pm every evening from May to September, the cuisine of Villa Milani proposes guests a fixed menu dinner with plates from the Umbrian tradition and vintage local wines.
The "Exclusive Villa", with its atmosphere of uniqueness and discretion, is the ideal set for special events, based on "high quality / small number" of guests like top management meetings, special anniversaries and private wedding receipt.
