In the winter the restaurant is open at lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays. In the summer you can enjoy our cuisine sitting in the shade of the lovely grape pergola against the background of the ancient piazzetta della loggia.

Good food and pleasant atmosphere enrich the evening at L'Orto degli Angeli. Our menus are designed on a weekly basis and your hostess, Signora Tiziana, carefully selects the excellent local fresh produce so that the traditional family dishes are made from the best ingredients. If you particularly like a dish, please ask for its recipe, the hostess and the chef will be happy to reveal their secrets. Most of the dishes you will taste at L'Orto degli Angeli come from the recipe book of Nonna Caterina. The lovely great grandmother, whose photograph is in the dining room, used to write down the recipes she liked best. They belong to the tradition of the Angeli Nieri Mongalli family and the mistress of the house is happy to prepare them for her guests: you will taste the famous "Strappatelle", "Pìnzole farcite", "Tortelli di patate ripieni di ricotta", "Tacchinella ai marroni" and "Biancomangiare con salsa tiepida di cioccolato fondente". On special feast days or holidays we offer the opportunity of tasting the typical dishes of the season based on the local tradition which goes with the cultural heritage of the place.
