La Tortuga Restaurants
The La Tortuga restaurant is the expression of the fervent culinary passion of its owners, who chose to open this stylish eatery in the center of the historic town of Spoleto, right in the heart of Umbria. The menus feature both typical Umbrian dishes, and meat and fish courses prepared according to the great Mediterranean tradition. The quality and freshness of the prime ingredients, the majority of which are sourced locally, is paramount.
The La Tortuga restaurant has three dining rooms with a seating capacity for as many as 120 clients. The aquarium situated in the main dining room introduces an authentic taste of the sea. The fresh, and brightly colored modern interiors are adorned with fascinating works of sculpture in wood. One of the rooms, with independent entrance, is particularly suitable for larger bookings. Fixed menus comprised of local specialties are available for groups.
La Tortuga Location
The La Tortuga restaurant is located in the historic center of Spoleto, overlooking Piazza della Vittoria. Spoleto can be easily reached by car by exiting the motorway at Spoleto Nord and crossing over the Via Flaminia Vecchia, before proceeding towards the center of the city where, between Piazza della Vittoria and Piazza Garibaldi, there are a number of convenient places where to park in the immediate proximity of the restaurant.
