Dear guests, I have the pleasure of presenting the real jewel of the Biohotel Hermitage: the restarant "La Stube dell'Hermitage". I'd had a great dream for years, just like all food lovers: to create a unique and welcoming restaurant, where discerning eaters could experience and try out our simple and appetisig cuisine.

And now finally I have made the dream come true, in an original ambiance, with the conversion of an authentic mountain cabin, at the Biohotel Hermitage.
