The Arosea Life Balance Hotel represents the coming together of the traditional welcoming spirit of the local mountain community and a refreshingly modern concept of hospitality. Situated in the heart of the Alps, between Merano and the National park of the Stelvio, the Arosea Life Balance Hotel has been created so as to offer a holiday experience which will leave its guests with a lasting sensation of wellbeing. The natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, rich in precious natural resources, combines with state-of-the-art amenities and outstanding customer service to ensure a truly memorable vacation.
The wellness center "Rosarium Arosea" has been created so as to provide an oasis where to relax, rejuvenate, and restore natural balance. Treatments for the face and body are performed using entirely natural products made from plants, herbs, and root extracts.
In accordance with the wellness philosophy which inspired the creation of the Arosea Life Balance Hotel, food served at the restaurant is prepared using only the finest, locally grown, organic ingredients.
Arosea Life Balance Hotel offers accommodation in various types of rooms and apartments. The majority of the rooms lead out on to private terraces. Welcoming and functional, the spacious, light-filled rooms all feature beautiful items of furniture made from Swiss stone pine. Each room has its own drinking fountain with mountain spring water.
Winter, spring, summer, or fall, throughout the year, the Arosea Life Balance Hotel offers a vast range of sporting activities from horse riding to ski-ing, from Alpine trekking to ice-skating.

Arosea Life Balance Hotel is situated in Santa Valburga, in the Val d'Ultimo, valley which, to the south west, comprises the mountainous slopes of Merano. Extensive vineyards and fruit orchards merge into the lush meadows; a stunning environment in which to revel in the close contact with nature. In the colder months of the year, the landscape transforms in to a snow-covered paradise where to partake in every genre of winter sport.
The largest town in the vicinity is that of San Pancrazio, situated at the entrance to the Val d'Ultimo, at an altitude of some 736 meters. This attractive town is home to a number of important buildings such as the Parish Church, the 14th century Chapel of San Sebastiano, the ruins of the Eschenlohe Castle, and the "casetta sul sasso", the sole house to have survived the flooding of the Valsura, thanks to its position, perched on the top of an enormous rock.
