Archaeological Museum Villasimius

The Archaeological Museum was born because of the population need to know more about its history through the proofs discovered during the excavations and the studies in the territory. The exhibition has been prepared to make people understand the objects exposed and the cultures they come from, even through the recreation of the original setting to which they belonged to. The museum is a place where knowledge is collected, kept and communicated. It is the starting point for searching and discovering, the beginning of a territorial laboratory that dynamically interacts with the research foundations, the associations, the students, the fans and anybody who wants to discover the origins of the Sardinian culture.
