Locanda di Villa Torraccia is situated in the lush countryside immediately outside Pesaro, just a few minutes away from the sea and the historical center of the city and within easy driving distance of Urbino and Montefeltro.

This delightful country retreat has been created in a building which dates back to the 14th century, when it served first as watch tower and then lighthouse illuminating the road leading to Pesaro. In the 15th century the Torraccia was converted in striking private residence.

Surrounding the imposing building there is a garden rich in centuries old trees. Stone walls contain three panoramic terraces overlooking the city, the coast, and the Foglia river valley. Both exteriors and interiors of the Villa have been the subject of a thorough restoration project, which has seen the implementation of traditional buildings materials such as the old terracotta used for the pavements and the massive exposed wooden roof beams.

The extremely bold original Medieval architectural features are softened by furnishings chosen so as to create a warm and luxurious atmosphere in which to relax. Villa Torraccia has a total of just 5 individually appointed and beautifully furnished suites. Each room is equipped with every modern comfort.
