With this aim, we have tried to couple the sensible, yet repetitive response of taste and smell to the one more subtle and free of thinking and emotion. So, we have prepared a place which, though maintaining its old configuration, could speak an absolutely new language: from the walls forms and colours, with always unforeseen relationships which are peculiar to the works in-Absence by artist and scientist Paolo Ferrari, welcome those who find hospitality here and immediately start talking to them in a free interweaving with thoughts and emotions, thus releasing further qualities in the delicious tastes the cooking is offering everyday.
