Escaped from Germany during the first world war he lived there for several years and there he took inspiration through the beauty of the olive groves and the grapes. Today the road that brings at the Villa takes his name. Than the family Bertolli, famous for the fine olive oil they produce, lived there for almost 20 years. In 1968 Aniello Oliviero rebuilt the Villa. As chief of the Italian Cookery Academy he realized some of the most incredible cooking event.
