The new restaurant, "diamond in the crown" of the Furore Inn Resort, begins to collect appreciations and esteem from the first guests. The menu, inspired by Mediterranean tradition and recipes, wisely revised, and respectfully embellished with an international touch of creativity, is elegantly presented by the executive Chef Patricia Bottone.
An elegant and refined setting, or "Alfresco" on the poolside, admiring: "The sky that reflects in the sea, like in an upside-down sky", or "Listening to the silence", far above the crowds of the enchanting Amalfi Coast.
The Grand Carte offer two tasting menus, and a choice of dishes created with products of the territory. Between the specialities, the restaurant Manager Angelo Cirella, has no hesitations in suggesting "The Symphony of the sea", "The spaghettoni hand made, with anchovies and Garum from Cetara and figs", "The pezzogna with celery cream and blown wild rice", and the grand finale, a "choice" selections from the cheese trolley", and un unforgettable journey in to the tempting world of chocolate", with the dessert "Italian Touch", to be discovered and enjoyed blissfully.
Alfonso Minutolo, our young sommelier, will be happy, not only to suggest the wines, but to open the doors of the adequately stocked unique cellar, with some rare labels. All is completed with a spacious selection of distilled, with prestigious years, going from the Grappe to the Armagnac and from the Calvados to the Rum, a special collection of tea, selected by the Barman Ivan Stankovic.
