Villa Piaggia - Tuscany

Villa Piaggia is an indipendent villa of 600 m2 with private swimming pool, situated on the Via Francigena in the town of Montaione, at a few km from San Gimignano, easily reachable from Pisa and Florence airports. The villa is the ideal accommodation if you want to relax in the silence of the tuscan countryside, and if you want to spend a few days sightseeing Pisa, Florence and Siena.

In front of the villa is situated the big garden and the swimming pool area, with every sort of comfort, and with a loggia, the ideal place to eat outside and relax. On the back of the open gallery a bathroom and 3 dressing-rooms one of which with a big a shower cabin.

The villa is composed by two floors. On the ground floor you can find two entrances, the fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a large dining room, the hunting hall with the big fire-place, the billiard-room and the library, a big bathroom, the green sitting room equipped with tv and dvd, and the main big sitting room.

On the first floor are situated the bedrooms: two twin-bedded rooms with private bathroom with shower; one queen bedded room with private bathroom with shower, one queen bedded room and one single sharing a bathroom with bath and shower, and a little suite, composed by one queen bedded room and one twin-bedded room sharing a bathroom with bath and shower.
