Villa Al Mare Massa Lubrense - Amalfi Coast

Villa Polese is located in a magnificently panoramic position, directly above the sea, on the Massa Lubrense coast, facing the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

The villa is built on 4 levels and divided into two houses. The villa is characterised by ample terraces and balconies. From here the view extends right across the bay of Naples, from Mount Vesuvius to the right, past the islands of Ischia and Procida, directly in front of the villa, all the way to Capri and the "faraglioni".

From the long paved entrance and the car park, guests can see the "pine terrace", and the pool. The panoramic swimming pool, 10 m x 6 m large, and 1,5 to 3,5 m deep, open from May to October, is filled with seawater. The terraces around the pool, directly overlooking the sea, have no fences and children should not be left without adult supervision. The swimming pool has internal lights for night swimming. A flight of 100 steps lead directly from the villa to the sea.

The house has an independent telephone line, at full disposal of the guests, also for international calls. It is possible to connect via modem portable PCs for Internet connection. On request, the owner will provide a fully equipped PC station, with Internet connection.

The big living room faces one of the big terraces with two large French windows that look on to Capri (and the faraglioni) and mount Vesuvius.
The room has a large fireplace, that becomes the centre of the living space. The living room is equipped with an HIFI system, a CD player and a record player set, and there is an ample collection of classical records. In the corner of the room there's a large screen TV, linked to a satellite antenna enabling to watch the major international and Italian channels. The dining room, in a panoramic position, has a table for 10 sitting diners. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has 4 double rooms with independent bathroom.

Weekly basis
