Busatti - fabrics Anghiari

Busatti was founded and is run by the Busatti-Sassolini family since 1842 in Anghiari, Tuscany.Through the years up to nowadays, Busatti proposes antique weaving and manufacturing techniques which distinguishes the firm.

Gorgeous textiles hand made fabrics made out of precious fibres are used to create home-linens, outfits, curtains, rugs, towels, cushions, aprons and tablecloths in a vast range of colours and workmanships. Textiles furnishing outfitted and customized are created for country houses, hotels and private homes. To complete the range, now Busatti proposes a selected collection of accessories in earthenware and glassware matching their fabrics and style. The "Busatti home life style" concept represents an excursus since 1842 to nowadays by putting together tradition and practicality.

It's not by chance that Busatti- Sassolini's workshop is located right in the middle of italian geografical center and in the heart of italian Renaissance. Piero della Francesca, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Guido Monaco as well as Saint Francis were born within the range of 100 Kms (62 miles). Our workshop has no artistic pretensions of course, but it reveals the now centuries- old experience and refinements of the people who work here, with great skill and passion. It has always been here, in the vaults of Palazzo Morgalanti, with its sobre sixteenth century style. Then, owing to market requirements, it has enlarged, but the pledge has always been "never disown the origins, the taste and the quality".
